Father School runs on love and sacrifice — powered by volunteers who make each course truly special.
We maintain an almost 1:1 volunteer-to-participant ratio so every father receives personal attention and encouragement throughout the weekend.
Here's the beautiful part: volunteers often benefit the most. Returning to serve means rekindling what they've learned and being refreshed all over again.
Many alumni share how their wives now happily send them back — because they see the fruit. Their husbands return home with renewed love and stronger commitment to family.
