Terms of Use
General Provisions
- These terms govern how you use the services, products, and digital content provided by Duranno Father School Malaysia (“the Organization”) through the website father.org.my.
- The Organization may revise these terms, in accordance with relevant laws (consumer protection, electronic transactions, etc.).
- If terms are revised, notice will be given in advance (10 or 30 days depending on severity) via website announcements and email, where applicable.
Membership & Account
- Anyone wishing to use services as a member must agree to the terms and complete registration.
- False or incorrect information may lead to refusal of registration or loss of membership rights.
- If member info changes, you must update it promptly.
Purchasing / Payment
- Members may purchase goods, content, or services through the site. The process includes selecting items, confirming cost, entering personal/payment details, completing payment.
- Minors require guardian (legal representative) consent for payment-related purchases.
- Upon confirmation ("acceptance") of an order, the contract is considered valid.
Delivery / Service Changes
- The Organization may change or interrupt services due to unavoidable reasons (technical changes, supply issues, etc.), temporarily or permanently.
- Changes or interruptions will be announced in advance.
- If paid services are not delivered due to the Organization’s fault for the duration of membership, comparable content or service will be provided in compensation.
Prohibited Uses
- Users may not misuse the service: e.g. sharing login with many devices, transferring accounts/coupons, using the service illegally, violating copyright, posting immoral/offensive content or violating laws and norms.
- If users violate rules, the Organization may warn, suspend, or terminate access, possibly permanently, and require compensation where applicable.
Content & Posting
- Users’ own posts: users retain copyright over what they produce and post, except when the Organization uses it for promotion (with user’s consent in some cases).
- The Organization owns the copyright of all content produced by itself. Users may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
Liability & Dispute Resolution
- The Organization is not liable for damages from unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, etc.).
- Disputes to be resolved via customer service; legal disputes may go to relevant electronic commerce dispute resolution bodies.
- Users have the right to request redress or correction for content or other issues in dispute.
